A nearly 940-acre land sale in the upper northwest Las Vegas Valley has cleared the way for Monument Hills, a planned community with capacity for up to 6,000 homes. The project is located near Kyle Canyon Road and the 215 Beltway, between the Las Vegas Paiute Tribe’s Snow Mountain area and Tule Springs Fossil Beds National Monument. The land sale is complete, but homes, infrastructure, schools, parks, and commercial elements remain future planned development.
