JJ Gray is a Las Vegas based Broker-Salesperson known for his strategic negotiation skills, market insight, and calm, solutions-oriented approach to even the most complex real estate transactions. Since beginning his career in 2011, JJ has built a reputation for guiding clients through buying and selling with professionalism, discretion, and a strong commitment to delivering results.

His approach goes beyond simply facilitating transactions. JJ focuses on helping clients make confident, well informed decisions that support their long term lifestyle and financial goals. Whether assisting first time buyers, seasoned investors, or luxury sellers, he prides himself on providing thoughtful guidance and attentive service from the first showing to closing day.

Outside of real estate, JJ is passionate about community involvement and charitable work. He previously served two terms as Treasurer for The Alliance and continues to support LGBTQ+ outreach and philanthropic initiatives throughout Southern Nevada. He is also a member of the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) and the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AAREA).

When he isn’t working with clients, JJ enjoys international travel especially exploring the coastal towns, culture, and cuisine of Mexico. His love of travel, photography, design, and entertaining inspires his appreciation for beautiful spaces and the lifestyles they help create.
