Since entering real estate in 2009, Shawn has successfully closed more than 250 transactions, building his business around a consultative, relationship-driven approach and a commitment to providing clients with thoughtful, personalized guidance.

A longtime Las Vegas resident and proud UNLV graduate, Shawn holds degrees in Criminal Justice and Communications. Before real estate, he built a diverse career in marketing, media, and technology, including founding his own boutique marketing agency.

Known for his professionalism, communication, and client-first mindset, Shawn focuses on understanding each client's goals and helping them make confident real estate decisions.

Outside of real estate, Shawn is a passionate supporter of UNLV athletics, enjoys time with his rescue dog, Benny, and volunteers with local dog rescue organizations.
